Mob Psycho 100 III Anime Marks 10th Anniversary With New Short
The Mob Psycho 100 III anime has marked its 10th anniversary with a new short, premiering at the Fukagawa Mirai Hall in Kawaguchi City, Saitama. The short, streaming online with English subtitles, features Reigen, Shigeo (Mob), Dimple, and Tome at the Spirits and Such Consultation Office. Directed, written, storyboarded, and technically directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa, the short also features an illustration by original anime character designer Yoshimichi Kameda to celebrate the anniversary. The original manga creator, ONE, launched Mob Psycho 100 in 2012 and ended it in 2017. The anime's first season premiered in 2016, with the second season following in 2019. Crunchyroll and Funimation have streamed both series with English dubs. The third season, Mob Psycho 100 III, premiered in 2022 and was also streamed by Crunchyroll. The new short is a reunion of the original production team, marking a significant milestone for the franchise.
